Clarendon Stay Report is an independent editorial service covering hotels and venues with casino facilities in the Midlands. The report is not a gaming business, not a booking agent and not a payment service. Its only product is published research. This notice records what data reaches us and why.
Form data: name, e-mail address, travel dates, party size and free-text notes, submitted through the enquiry and contact forms. Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, captured automatically in server logs and by analytics. Nothing else is requested, and nothing further is required to read the report.
Form data is applied to one task only: responding to the enquiry and delivering the planning information requested. Technical data is applied to two: maintaining security and informing content decisions. No personal information held by this report is sold, rented or otherwise passed to third parties for commercial gain.
Two categories may operate on this site: cookies required for basic function, and analytics cookies supplied by third parties. Both are controllable from the browser, where they can be blocked or deleted at will. Disabling them has no effect on the editorial material, which loads and functions unchanged.
Retention period: for the lifetime of the enquiry, no more. Reader rights: access to personal data held, correction of anything inaccurate, and erasure on request. Intended audience: users 18 years of age and over. No data is knowingly obtained from minors at any point in the process. Any record later shown to belong to a younger person is removed from the enquiry file without further correspondence being entered into.
